This is a founding rate for a small beta cohort — not the ongoing price.
It's how you get senior-level direction at a fraction of what a full-time hire or an agency retainer
would cost, while I build out proof with a handful of the right people first.
Spots are limited. Once the beta fills, this rate closes.
A Few Things To Know
Is this coaching?
No. This is direction — I'm making calls and doing the work with you and my team, not coaching you toward your own answers.
Do I get all three of you,
or just one person?
All three. You get a single point of contact, but the strategy, ops, and tech work is handled by the specialist who owns that pillar.
What's not included?
This isn't a full execution department at agency scale — no design department, no paid ad buying at scale. What you do get is hands-on marketing and outreach execution alongside the strategy, ops, and tech — not just a plan, and not a bottomless pool of hands either.
How long is the commitment?
Month to month during the beta. No long-term lock-in — this only works if it's earning its place every month.
